I’m Randal.
Yes, I talk with an accent and I love to ideate around clients ideas and provide the necessary steps to launch a new venture or grow an existing organization. Currently, I am a professor of entrepreneurship at the Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego while mentoring and consulting in the start-up sector. Throughout my career, I have been a part of the start-up revolution and now have the opportunity to educate individuals and facilitate workshops that create, innovate and commercialize ideas.
I’ve spent my career seeking innovative ways to solve problems, avoiding corporate ceilings and developing business strategies to increase organizational efficiency. Within his constant entrepreneurial desire to ‘create value’, I’ve worked in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector in pursuit of building sustainable ventures.
I truly believe that God has gifted each one of us with unique talents and passions that can create real value and business ideas the world needs.
